Frequently asked questions

  • Tips & tricks for writing efficient emails
Communication with Titan will become more efficient if you know how to interact effectively. Some tips and tricks to make your conversations smoother and more productive: Be clear and specific Titans work best when if they understands exactly what you're asking. Instead of vague requests like "Tell me about space," try something more specific, like "Can you explain the process of how stars are formed?" Break down complex questions If you have a multi-part question or something complicated, break it into smaller chunks. You can for example use bullets, or break up your question in multiple emails. This helps the Titan to provide more detailed and accurate answers. Use Follow-up questions Titans usually gives detailed responses, and you can ask follow-up questions to dive deeper into the topic. This way, you can explore different facets of the subject you're interested in. Experiment with different angles If the Titan's response isn't quite what you expected, rephrase your question or approach it from a different angle. Titans can sometimes interpret things in unexpected ways. Leverage context Feel free to remind the Titans of the context when necessary and ask them to reference something from earlier in the conversation without repeating yourself. You can refer to an earlier email or to files that have been shared as attachment before. Ask for clarification If the Titan's response seems confusing, ask for clarification. Titans can rephrase or break things down into simpler terms if needed. Use It for creative collaboration Be creative and use Titans as partners in your projects. Provide feedback If something doesn’t make sense or the Titan doesn’t give a helpful response, let it know. Titans will improve and become better at working with you when you engage in this feedback loop. Use open-ended questions Open-ended questions like “What do you think about...?” or “Tell me a story about...?” can lead to more creative or insightful responses. Set expectations If you're looking for something specific (e.g., "Please give me a list of facts" or "Please summarize this in 3 sentences"), setting those expectations at the beginning can guide the conversation in the right direction. Have Fun with It Remember, Titans are partners. They are great at solving problems, answering questions and providing insight, but they can also engage in more casual chats just are real partners would. So, don’t be afraid to engage playfully!
